After Amerie's debut album was released she hosted a daily television show on BET, The Center, which examined topics affecting today's teens. She was instrumental in the show's launch and overall direction, working closely with the producer, and even writing some of the episodes.
Amerie made her debut on the big sceen in "First Daughter" released in 2004 with Katie Holmes, Michael Keaton & others. Amerie was Mia Thompson in the movie, Katie Holmes roomate. Look for Amerie to continue her acting carrer. Stay tuned :) |
